The houses of Lvivskyi Kvartal RC have been completely restored after being hit by Russian missiles
Two houses of the Lvivskyi Kvartal residential complex, which were hit by Russian missiles more than a year ago, have been completely restored. Thanks to the efforts of the city authorities and the prompt response of the RIEL Real Estate Corporation, all work was completed on time and with high quality.
“RIEL Real Estate Corporation is actively involved in the restoration process. Even in the first days after hitting, while the city was determining the sources of funding, we immediately funded urgent examinations, urgent emergency response and design work on restoration in the amount of more than three million hryvnias,” REC RIEL Operations Director Lubomyr Holubovskyi said.
Immediately after the hitting, as soon as the rescuers allowed it, RIEL specialists arranged temporary reinforcement of the columns and pylons, additionally mounted metal frames and supports for certain horizontal elements, began restoring the foundation waterproofing, etc.
“When the city agreed on all the matter of procedures and allocated funding, the utility company Zhilinveststroy-UKB that rebuilt the destroyed facilities, began their work”, Lubomyr Holubovskyi explained.
Except for the restoration of the residential complex itself, social repairs were made in the apartments at the request of some owners. The object was also inspected by the mayor Vitalii Klychko. He spoke with builders and homeowners. The mayor is pleased with the reconstruction and promises that the builders is going to completely restore the landscaping around the houses in a month.
